A great schedule is useless if the crew doesn’t see it. MoveRight lets you email the schedule directly, copy it for a group chat, or export it to a spreadsheet.
What this covers
Sending the schedule to crew via email, copying it for chat apps, and exporting to a spreadsheet.
Who uses this
Dispatchers send the schedule every morning. Owners export data for payroll and reporting.
Emailing the schedule
-
On the Dispatch page, click the Send schedule button (or the dropdown arrow next to it)

-
MoveRight pre-fills the To field with all assigned crew members’ email addresses — you can add or remove recipients

-
Edit the Subject line if needed

-
Edit the Body — you can paste in additional instructions or notes

-
Click the green Send button

Every assigned crew member receives an email with their job details for the day.

Copying for a group chat
-
Click the dropdown arrow next to Send schedule

-
Click Copy for Chat

-
The schedule is copied to your clipboard in a chat-friendly format

-
Paste it into your team’s group chat (WhatsApp, Google Hangouts, etc.)
This is the fastest way to get the schedule into your crew’s hands if they don’t check email regularly.
Exporting to a spreadsheet
-
Click the dropdown arrow next to Send schedule
-
Click Copy for Spreadsheet

-
A success notification confirms the data is on your clipboard

-
Open Google Sheets, Excel, or any spreadsheet app

-
Paste — the data is formatted into columns: Start Time, Job Code, Type, Customer, Revenue, Crew, Labor Cost, etc.

Use this for:
- Payroll — calculate hours and pay for each crew member
- Analysis — track daily revenue, labor costs, and profitability
- Records — keep a historical log of your dispatch schedule
