1. Ownership

Move Right™ is a product of Karve Information Technology Ltd. ("Karve IT"), a corporation registered in British Columbia, Canada. Karve IT operates under Mobio Brands Inc. (TSX.V: MBO). All intellectual property related to Move Right — including the trademark, copyrights, software, and brand assets described on this page — is owned by Karve IT unless otherwise stated.

2. Trademark

MoveRight is a trademark of Karve IT Ltd. The ™ symbol indicates a trademark for which an application has been filed but registration has not yet been granted. The ® symbol will be used once the mark is formally registered.

The trademark covers software as a service (SaaS) for customer relationship management, booking management, dispatch, communications, fleet management, and related business operations software — all in the field of moving services.

Authorized use

• ✓ Partners and affiliates may refer to Move Right™ by name in factual, non-misleading contexts when describing an integration or partnership that has been formally agreed in writing.
• ✓ Press and media may use the name and approved logo files when reporting about the company or product.

Prohibited use

• ✗ You may not use the Move Right™ name or logo to imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation that does not exist.
• ✗ You may not register domain names, social handles, or company names that incorporate "MoveRight" or "Move Right" without written consent from Karve IT.
• ✗ You may not use a confusingly similar name, logo, or mark in connection with competing software or services.
• ✗ You may not alter or combine the Move Right™ mark with other words or symbols without written consent.

The content of this website — moveright.app — including all text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, icons, videos, and the selection and arrangement thereof, is copyright © 2026 Karve Information Technology Ltd. All rights reserved.

You may view and print pages from this website for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, distribution, republication, display, or performance of the content — requires written permission from Karve IT.

Certain images used on this website are licensed from third-party stock libraries. Those images are not covered by this copyright notice and may not be reproduced separately.

4. Software Copyright

The Move Right™ software platform — including all source code, object code, algorithms, APIs, database schemas, and associated documentation — is proprietary software and copyright © 2026 Karve Information Technology Ltd. All rights reserved.

The software is licensed to subscribers under the terms of the Move Right Terms of Service, not sold. No rights in the source code are transferred by a subscription. Subscribers may not:

• ✗ Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• ✗ Copy or reproduce the software or any portion of it outside the permitted use
• ✗ Create derivative works based on the software
• ✗ Sublicense, resell, or transfer the software or any rights therein

Any open-source components used within the Move Right platform are used in compliance with their respective licenses. Those licenses do not extend to the Move Right platform as a whole.

5. Brand Assets

The Move Right™ logo, wordmark, color palette, typography system, and all associated brand assets are proprietary to Karve IT Ltd. and protected by trademark and copyright law.

Approved logo files and usage guidelines are available on the Brand Guidelines page. Use of brand assets outside those guidelines requires written approval from Karve IT.

In particular: the Move Right icon mark (the stylized "M" formed by two interlocking arrow shapes) is a proprietary graphic and may not be reproduced, modified, or used in any context without explicit written permission.

6. Your Content

Content you upload, enter, or generate within the Move Right platform — including customer data, job records, documents, and communications — belongs to you. Karve IT does not claim ownership of your business data.

By using Move Right, you grant Karve IT a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service. This is described in full in the Terms of Service.

7. Reporting Infringement

If you believe that content on this website or within the Move Right platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us with the following information:
