How to Add and Manage Crew Members

Add new crew members from the Dispatch page, edit their profiles, set pay rates and capabilities, and manage their availability and time off.

For: DispatcherOwner / Operator

Your crew roster is the foundation of your dispatch board. Before you can assign anyone to a job, they need to be in MoveRight with the right capabilities, availability, and pay rates.

What this covers

Adding crew members, editing their profiles (pay rates, capabilities, availability), and managing time off.

Who uses this

Dispatchers and owners manage the crew roster. This is typically done during onboarding and updated as crew details change.
