Routine system messages like booking confirmations and appointment reminders are not activations. You only pay for the AI doing real sales and ops work.

It depends on your follow-up cadence. A typical single-truck operation doing 30 moves/month uses roughly 150–350 activations. Most single-truck companies fit comfortably on Starter. A busier operation with aggressive follow-up on every lead will use more. The usage table below gives a per-move breakdown.

You're billed for overages at your plan's per-activation rate: $0.25 on Starter, $0.20 on Business, $0.12 on Pro. There's no hard cap — the system keeps working. You'll see usage in your dashboard so there are no surprises.

On Starter, there's no ongoing management included: when you want a change, just send us a message and we'll handle all the work. Minor updates (copy tweaks, hours, small content changes) are $99. Major changes (new service pages, redesign sections, structural overhauls — basically anything bigger) are $299. You describe what you want, we take care of everything.

Business plan subscribers get a professionally built, SEO-optimized moving company website at no extra cost. Our team designs and deploys it on your own domain, connected to a lead form that feeds directly into Move Right. We publish one new blog post per week to build your organic search presence, and perform one content/site update per month. You own your domain and all your content — stop at any time and keep everything.

Your domain must be hosted on Cloudflare (free) and you'll need to give our team DNS access so we can deploy and maintain the site. If your domain is currently elsewhere, we'll walk you through transferring it — it's a one-time 10-minute process.

You keep everything. Your domain, your pages, your blog content — it all stays with you. We'll hand off the Cloudflare credentials and you can take the site anywhere you like. We don't hold your content hostage.
