What’s on the report
The Operations Report includes:
- Job list — every job for the day with start time, job code, type (Moving, Packing, etc.), and customer name
- Revenue — total revenue per job and for the day
- Labor cost — cost and percentage per job
- Crew assignments — who’s on which job
- Truck assignments — which truck is on which job
Tape it to the wall. Hand it to the crew lead. Keep a copy in the truck. This is your single source of truth for the day.
