Your crew roster is the foundation of your dispatch board. Before you can assign anyone to a job, they need to be in MoveRight with the right capabilities, availability, and pay rates.
What this covers
Adding crew members, editing their profiles (pay rates, capabilities, availability), and managing time off.
Who uses this
Dispatchers and owners manage the crew roster. This is typically done during onboarding and updated as crew details change.
Adding a new crew member
From the Dispatch page
-
Open the Dispatch page

-
Use the search bar to check if the crew member already exists — type their name

-
If not found, click the Add Crew button (or click the three dots icon above the crew list and select Add Crew)

-
Enter the crew member’s First Name and Last Name — these are the only mandatory fields

-
Fill in optional details: Email, Phone, Capabilities (Crew Lead, Crew Member, Driver, Packer)

-
Set Pay Rates (hourly rate and overtime rate)

-
Set Work Limits (max hours per day, max hours per week)

-
Make sure Available for Assignment is checked so they can be assigned immediately

-
Set the working hours for each day of the week (e.g., 08:00-17:00, leave blank for days off)

The crew member is created automatically as you fill in the form. No separate save step required.

Click the three dots icon above the crew list

-

-
Open the CSV in Google Sheets or Excel

-
Edit the columns you need to change:
- Given Name, Family Name, Email, Phone — contact details
- Hourly Rate, Overtime Rate — pay rates
- Capabilities — semicolon-separated (e.g., “Crew;Driver”)
