Step 2 of 8

Setting Up Your Company Profile

Configure your company name, logo, branding, service area, and default terms in MoveRight — the first thing every new account needs.

Before you book your first move, your MoveRight account needs your company information. This sets up your branding on estimates, invoices, and customer communications.

What this covers

This guide walks you through the Company Settings page — the basics every new account needs.

Who uses this

This is for owners and operators. You’ll do this once during onboarding and revisit it whenever your branding or service area changes.

Steps

1. Open Company Settings

From the MoveRight dashboard, go to Settings → Company.

2. Enter your business information

Fill in the required fields:

  • Company name — appears on estimates, invoices, and customer emails
  • Phone number — the number customers call and MoveRight texts from
  • Email address — the reply-to address for customer emails
  • Office address — your physical location (used for local SEO if you have a MoveRight website)

Upload your company logo. This appears on:

  • Branded PDF estimates
  • Invoice documents
  • Email headers
  • Your MoveRight website (if you have one)

Requirements:

  • PNG or SVG format
  • At least 200px wide
  • Transparent background recommended

4. Set your brand colors

Choose your primary and accent colors. These are applied to:

  • Estimate and invoice headers
  • Email templates
  • The customer-facing estimate portal

If you’re not sure what colors to use, start with your logo’s dominant color. You can always change these later.

5. Define your service area

Enter the cities, states/provinces, or zip/postal code ranges you serve. This:

  • Determines which web form leads are accepted (leads outside your area get a polite decline)
  • Sets up the service area check on your MoveRight website
  • Feeds into the AI Pricing Engine for distance-based calculations

6. Set default terms and conditions

Add your standard terms to the Default Terms field. These appear on every estimate and invoice, such as:

  • Cancellation policy
  • Deposit refund policy
  • Insurance and liability terms
  • Payment terms

Tip: Keep it short. Customers are more likely to read 3 bullet points than a wall of text. You can always add “Full terms available at [your website URL].“

7. Save

Click Save Settings. Your branding is now live on all outgoing customer communications.
