How to Send and Export the Dispatch Schedule

Email the daily schedule directly to your crew, copy it for a group chat, or export it to a spreadsheet for payroll and analysis.

A great schedule is useless if the crew doesn’t see it. MoveRight lets you email the schedule directly, copy it for a group chat, or export it to a spreadsheet.

What this covers

Sending the schedule to crew via email, copying it for chat apps, and exporting to a spreadsheet.

Who uses this

Dispatchers send the schedule every morning. Owners export data for payroll and reporting.

Emailing the schedule

  1. On the Dispatch page, click the Send schedule button (or the dropdown arrow next to it)

  5. Paste — the data is formatted into columns: Start Time, Job Code, Type, Customer, Revenue, Crew, Labor Cost, etc.
