What we demoed
Two everyday features that every partner touches: additional contacts and tiered job sources.
Why it matters for moving company owners
Every moving company has customers with more than one point of contact — a spouse, an office manager, a building super. And every moving company needs to know where their leads come from, not just “Google” or “referral” but the specific campaign, agent, or event that drove the booking.
Before these features, you’d cram a second email into a notes field and guess at lead source attribution from memory. Now it’s structured, searchable, and reportable.
What’s in the replay
- Multiple emails and phones per customer with relationship labels (spouse, office, etc.)
- Additional contacts are searchable in omnisearch
- Creating a job from an opportunity pre-fills all known contacts automatically
- Tiered job sources with a drag-and-drop editor — parent categories with reorderable children
- Dashboard filters job sources by tier for reporting
How to use it
Additional contacts: Open any customer profile, click “Add contact,” enter the name, relationship label, email, and phone. Done. These contacts appear in omnisearch and receive notifications (emails are CC’d, SMS goes to all phones).
Tiered job sources: Go to Settings → Marketing → Job Sources. Drag and drop to create parent categories (e.g. “Google Ads”) with children (e.g. “Search,” “Display,” “LSA”). The dashboard now filters by tier so you can see which specific campaign drove the booking, not just “Google.”
